Trey Songz Announces Forthcoming Eighth Album ‘Back Home’

Having played a major role in R&B over the last 15 years, Trey Songz is returning to the game with his forthcoming eighth album titled, Back Home.

Set to drop on October 9th, Back Home is set to take us back to the roots of Trey Songz as we know him. As he reflects going Back Home, the R&B sensation also released a brand new song, which he tips to be his favorite from the album, titled, Two Ways (below).

Speaking on the announcement, Trey Songz commented; “I wanna make the kind of R&B that inspired me to sing,” he says. “The songs that make you love, the ones that make cry and the ones that make you smile, laugh and dance. Music is the soundtrack that plays while we live our lives, and I wanna be there for my fans while they are living through this truly special time that we’ll never forget. I say I’m “Back Home” because the music feels that way. I hope you feel the same.”
