Samm Henshaw Drops New Single “Hair Down” & Brings Fan-favourite Album To Streaming

 Samm Henshaw just dropped his new single “Hair Down.” Alongside the release, he’s also announced that It Could Be Worse, a project that’s been vinyl-only for the past few months until now, will finally be hitting streaming platforms after tons of fan demand on Monday, 19th January. 

“Hair Down” is Samm stepping into a lighter, more free-flowing space. It’s groove-led, smooth, and centred around letting go and trusting the process, closing out with the mantra “Let your hair down.”

The album itself was written during a period of big personal change for Samm, following his first real heartbreak. He worked on it in LA with Anoop D’Souza, OGI, and executive producer Josh Grant, and for the first time recorded a full project with live musicians, which really comes through in the warmth and honesty of the songs.

To celebrate the release, Samm is heading out on a 30+ date world tour across the US, Asia, and Europe, starting Jan 27th in Tokyo and wrapping up with a hometown show at KOKO in London on March 24. He also hosted a run of intimate listening sessions last month in NYC, LA, Tokyo, and London, giving fans an early preview of the record.
