Lorenz.OG Collaborates With Umbro Japan On A Heritage-Laden Football Collection Titled ‘The 12th Man’
4 Nov 2025
London-based creative Lorenz.OG has joined forces with Japanese retailer BEAMS and heritage sportswear partner Umbro to present “The 12th Man,” a Japan-exclusive capsule that celebrates the emotion and atmosphere of Italian football culture.

Rooted in Lorenzo’s lifelong support for SS Lazio and his fascination with vintage Umbro kits, the collection fuses archival references with his signature gradient palettes — hues inspired by dusk light over Castel Sant’ Angelo and the spiritual iconography of St Michael the Archangel, who also crowns the Lorenz.OG crest.

At the heart of the collection is the number 12, symbolising both the “12th man” — the fans whose presence gives life to the match — and the theological weight it holds in sacred tradition, where twelve represents unity, devotion, and divine order.

In “The 12th Man,” Lorenzo bridges these meanings, drawing a parallel between the “one faith” of football supporters and the collective spirit embodied in the number’s timeless significance.
Each piece becomes a quiet study in reverence — for the game, for community, and for creation itself.

The 12th Man collection will release exclusively in Japan through a BEAMS Tokyo pop-up from November 7 to 9, 2025.”
