D Double E announces a highly anticipated UK Tour in 2020.&nbsp;Next April, eager fans can see him perform in&nbsp;Birmingham&nbsp;at&nbsp;Mama Roux on 1st&nbsp;April,&nbsp;Manchester&nbsp;atSoup Kitchen on 2nd&nbsp;April&nbsp;and finally his hometown of&nbsp;London&nbsp;at the city’s new venue,&nbsp;Lafayette&nbsp;on&nbsp;4th&nbsp;April.
