Notting Hill Carnival Has Announced It Will Not Be Taking Place Due To Covid-19

Today, Notting Hill Carnival took to social media too that it will be cancelled due to the current pandemic.

Taking to social media they posted the following statement with the caption “We have an update for you regarding NHC 2020. Please see our official statement from the NHC Board of Directors.”

This will be the first time that Notting Hill Carnival has been cancelled in over 50 years.

The Board Of Directors added “We are working towards an alternate NHC 2020 that we will hope bring the Carnival spirit to people from the safety of their homes, and make them feel connected and engaged.”

Due to the safety and concern around Covid-19, Notting Hill Carnival will be making its return in 2021.
