STAY READY Pay Homage to Tupac Shakur

Rap connoisseurs rejoice, for Alizé has unearthed some music that will appeal to music fans of all stripes. Stay Ready (Klepto DJ and Murkage Dave) have paid tribute to late rapper Tupac Shakur on the day of his death with a 30-minute mix featuring their favourite 2Pac tracks. Klepto and Dave are founding members of Manchester music/arts collective Murkage, and are currently collaborating with Mike Skinner on new project, Tonga.

The FREE download released on Soundcloud on Sunday 13^thSeptember comes 19 years after 2Pac’s death and demonstrates the major influence he still has with artists both musically and socially around the world.

Stay Ready gave fans little notice about their new mixtape, “Thug Passion: A Tribute to Tupac Shakur”, which offers 14 of their favourite 2Pac tracks and a shout out to Alizé, 2Pac’s favourite mix drink.
