Rishi Sunak – The UK’s Chancellor of the Exchequer announced new plans to help boost the consequential economic downfall after months of impact thanks to the Coronavirus lockdown. One of them was the “Eat Out to Help Out Scheme’, this offers discounted food and drink to all customers at specified restaurants. What a great incentive!

Speaking on the new incentive, “To support restaurants and the people who work in them we’re saying ‘Eat Out to Help Out’. So for the month of August, we will give you a 50% reduction, up to £10 per head, on sit-down meals and non-alcoholic drinks Monday-Wednesday.”

With a number of our favourite spots to eat getting involved, you can expect a bit of money off of your bill at the following restaurants; Wagamama, Burger King, Nando’s, Pizza Hut, Prezzo, All Bar One, Browns, Frankie and Benny’s, Harvester and Toby Carvery.

Any business that is registered with their local authority as a food business and can deliver a dine in experience for customer is eligible to register for the scheme from the 13th July.
