WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM ARTISTS IN LOCKDOWN

Here’s how not to be (too) thrown off as an artist at this time!

Let’s keep the momentum going!

LIVE STREAM ‘CONCERT’

The majority of the U.K. population is indoors. This means more people are online and wanting to engage with something before boredom kills them. Why not give the people a virtual show? It’s all in good fun too!

BTS CONTENT

Did you just release a video?

There’s nothing like ‘Behind the Scenes’ or ‘The Making of’ footage. Re-excite your audience about your latest release by revealing the processes on the day. Give everyone, including yourself, a new-found appreciation for the final product.

GETTING FEEDBACK

It may be challenging to create from home, and not everyone has built a home studio. However, if you can’t create, why not send existing work/tracks around for feedback? A lot of people on the net are open to hearing your music — and so are your friends. There’s no better time to sharpen up!

DOCUMENTING YOUR PROCESS

We love to see ‘a day in the life’ of artists we love. They work well because there’s no pressure to deliver a finished project. Instead, it’s about the journey to completion. Get your following in on the experience too!
