Last night concluded BRITs Week 25, delivered by DHL for War Child after two weeks of unforgettable performances from some of the biggest names in International music. Taking to the De Le Warr Pavillion in Bexhill, Rag’N’Bone Man closed things off in style for what has been a memorable period of charitable fundraising and musical celebrations.

The triple BRIT award winner brought his signature raw, soulful vocals to the south-coast seafront, taking to the stage shortly after 9pm for a set that spanned over an hour and a half; performing hits such as ‘Human’ and ‘Skin’ to huge reaction, the intimate setting provided a perfect nestling home for his powerful vocal.

A standout moment came when he stripped things back to perform ‘Anywhere Away From Here’, for five minutes where you could hear a pin drop at every small silential interview. Accompanied by one of his backup vocalists, the pair traded melodies and provided an environment for emotional thought, sentimentality, and reflection.

All proceeds from the shows go towards War Child’s phenomenal work to help provide protection, education, mental health support, and more while standing up for the rights of children whose lives have been devastatingly affected by war. The total amount raised for War Child by BRITs Week, since its inception in 2009, is over £7,430,000.
