Spotify and Live Nation Urban have today announced RNB X Live: Dallas, Spotify’s biggest RNB X live experience to date, taking place November 1 at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory with Erykah Badu, H.E.R., kwn, Destin Conrad, Jai’Len Josey, and rjtheweirdo.
Building on previous RNB X Live experiences including RNB X After Hours in Washington, D.C. and RNB X Live: The UK Sound in New York and San Francisco, this marks Spotify’s first standalone R&B concert event and reflects the platform’s continued investment in dedicated spaces for R&B artists, fans and culture at a time when the genre’s mainstream reach continues to grow.
With Dallas home to a massive R&B fanbase, the lineup spans generations of the genre. Erykah Badu returns home fresh off her first project in 11 years, while H.E.R. makes a rare return to the stage after several years away from headlining her own shows. Rising artists kwn, Destin Conrad and Jai’Len Josey represent the next generation of R&B talent Spotify has supported through programs including Artists to Watch and Fresh Finds, while fellow Dallas native and Fresh Finds Favorite rjtheweirdo opens the night, bookending the festival with hometown talent.
Pre-sale tickets will be available for eligible top fans in the Dallas area on Sept 8th @ 12PM CT, with general on-sale tickets available on Friday, September 11th at 12PM CT.
