Santander recently hosted a unique gaming night at King’s College London this week called Level Up. Students were invited to register on Santander Open Academy, a free online learning platform, where they were able to access courses and opportunities to “level up their skills”.

At the event attendees were able to test their ability through F1 sim racing, speed reaction games, and also win fun prizes. The night culminated with viral artist, Stepz, performing in front of the crowd, and featured other special guests including the likes of Michael Dapaah and Top Boy’s very own Kadeem Ramsey.

Santander has a long history of supporting education, employability and entrepreneurship, donating over 2.2billion euros globally over the past 27 years. Over this time the bank has helped over 1.5 million people and businesses, and supports over 1200 universities across 26 countries.

Stepz became the most viewed UK artist on TikTok, surpassing major acts like Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles, and Sam Smith as he firmly established his persona and sound as a standout. His recent highly acclaimed release “Rock” was a viral moment that collected 50M+ streams on Spotify alone, and serious co-signs from Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed to Headie One and Krept & Konan. The record officially hit #1 on the BILLBOARD Viral Charts, beating international superstars like Tyler The Creator, Aphex Twin, and GloRilla.

For those, who missed the event but still want the opportunity to win gaming prizes including PS5 consoles. PS+ codes, and F1 Arcade vouchers, be sure to check out Santander Open Academy, follow the link.
