INTRODUCING ZEDO

Mixtape Madness would like to introduce you to rapper Zedo hailing from Bedford. It’s been a while since we did one of these “Introducing…” posts so enjoy!

Zedo describes himself as a laid-back storytelling rapper who likes to paint a picture with his words. He started rapping eight years ago, but in the past 3-4 years he has taken it significantly more seriously, having formed a live hip-hop band named Zedo & The Method, who he performs with.

Having grown up surrounded by musicians, the MC has always had music in his heart – and indeed his blood (his dad owned a recording studio when Zedo was a child).

Zedo is currently performing at as many events as possible to get his name out there and hopes to be globe-trotting in a few years’ time. His dream collaborative partner is Wiley – quite apt as Zedo originally started out as a grime MC.
