Aaliyah’s Classic Album ‘AALIYAH’ Lands on Streaming Platforms

The late R&B icon Aaliyah made an unforgettable impression on the music scene, given how she set the standard for the genre in the years to come. Her classic album ΛΛLIYΛH (commonly referred to as ‘the red album‘) has now become available on streaming platforms, courtesy of BLACKGROUND RECORDS 2.0.

This self-titled project initially made its debut at No.2 on the Billboard 200 at the time of release, but following the songstress’ tragic death it shot up in the charts. Critics have referred to Aaliyah as one of the most prominent figures to lead the flourishing era of R&B,  and it’s no surprise why many of her well-compiled projects are considered classics. 

ΛΛLIYΛH is the singer’s last notable project is comprised of groove-based, and vibe-driven cuts that have aged beautifully through.
