Ady Suleiman Releases New Sophmore Album ‘Chasing’

Nottingham-raised British-Zanzibarian singer Ady Suleiman has dropped his soulful, genre-blending sophmore album that also marks a bold new chapter in his artistry.

Written and recorded between London and Zanzibar, the lead single and album title ‘Chasing‘, features contributions from Birmingham based rapper Kofi Stone and Nottingham rapper/poet Jah Digga, with additional production from acclaimed producer Miles Clinton James (Little Simz, NAO, Kokoroko). It weaves together elements of neo-soul, jazz, reggae, and hip-hop.  ‘Chasing‘ is a deeply personal exploration of love, identity, mental health, and his Swahili heritage.

It reintroduces Ady not just as a singer-songwriter, but as a storyteller, ready to be heard after years of personal and creative evolution. As Ady explains: “Chasing is a collection of songs I wrote in my late 20s. I found myself searching for clarity and navigating uncertainty—in my mental health, relationships, identity, and the world around me.”
