Boldy James and Nicholas Craven drop ‘Infrared Dot Com’

Detroit rapper Boldy James and producer Nicholas Craven continue their prolific partnership on the new single, “Infrared Dot Com”. Building on the chemistry of acclaimed albums like Fair Exchange No Robbery, the track pairs Boldy’s hard-cut, composed realism with Craven’s minimalist, sample-heavy production—in this case, a bouncy, sped-up ’70s keys loop.

“Infrared Dot Com” is the second single of the duo’s newly announced collab album, Criminally Attached – dropping 14/11. Criminally Attached will also serve as Boldy James’ ninth full-length release of the year, as he continues his streak of rapid-fire releases, firmly situating him between Detroit’s historic Hip-Hop legacy and its present.
