This week, rising star Che Lingo has unveiled his new album ‘Coming Up For Air’ alongside the single release of “Private Dinners” featuring Jordan Mackampa.

Showcasing his ability to seamlessly blend genres with hints of R&B and Jazz woven throughout the track, “Private Dinners” is a testament to Che Lingo’s dedication to his craft and ability to create music that is both personal and relatable. Close friends Che and Jordan trade laidback vocals about the joy of breaking bread with loved ones, over a Latin-flavoured beat from producers Plamen and Manon Dave.

Speaking on the new single, Che says: “As much as I’ve had my struggles with food and my mental and physical health, I’m always inviting my friends over for food. I enjoy cooking for people I care about. Breaking bread over a table with like minds has sustained many a culture and household. It’s an event that nurtures relationships and bonds between people. No matter how grand or simple. There’s a natural warmth that comes with a good meal or a good song that makes you feel better, and the only way the experience is better is when you’re around people you care about and that care about you. Writing this song with Jordan (Mackampa) was just as comforting as I envisioned it being, from production to lyrics.

Alongside the single, Che Lingo’s much anticipated second album ‘Coming Up For Air’ has already released; make sure to give it a listen below.
