Chy Cartier Unveils new Single ‘Like Magic’

One of the most hotly tipped talents for 2024, rising UK Rap artist Chy Cartier has unveiled her latest single, ‘Like Magic’. The track has been accompanied by a slick visual directed by Florian Joahn.

Blowing up last year thanks to her ferocious track, ‘BOSSED UP’, Cartier is a leader in a new crop of female artist taking over the UK Rap scene. With co-signs from the likes of Stormzy, Little Simz, and Wretch 32 amongst others, this is an artist who is clearly moving in the write direction.

Speaking on her latest track, Cartier states:

“Like Magic explores what it’s like to be an anomaly in this day and age. It’s easy to be peer pressured and follow what the crowd is doing hence why I speak on music “saving me from a lot” – it’s a shout out to all my dedication, focus and grind and lastly a middle finger to doubters. I speak on how important family is to me especially two very important women in my life who are the catalysts for my work ethic and determination..“mummy’s one daughter” and “my nanny”.
