Dan Whitlam shares new track ‘Hear You Speak’ featuring Tamzene

One of London’s most emotionally resonant new voices Dan Whitlam, has returned with a brand new single, “Hear You Speak”, teaming up for a second time with long-term creative partner Tamzene for a tender and quietly powerful collaboration.

The release arrives alongside a run of special in-store performances across the UK, offering fans a rare chance to experience Whitlam’s words up close, with appearances at Rough Trade London, Resident Brighton, Vinyl Whistle in Leeds, Rough Trade Liverpool and Assai in Glasgow. A combination of lo-fi breakbeats and open-hearted piano, ‘Hear You Speak’ is another beautiful track that feels conversational, vulnerable and resolutely sincere. Tamzene’s presence brings a warmth and emotional counterbalance, her voice weaving effortlessly through the track like a second perspective in the same shared moment.
