London artist Jay Prince dropped his highly anticipated debut album ‘Shine‘ last Friday alongside his new single ‘US‘, featuring award-winning drummer and composer Yussef Dayes and the legendary Chief Adjuah.

The 14-track project marks a significant milestone in Jay’s artistic evolution, capturing the essence of his journey since his debut in 2016, tracing the emotional highs and lows that have shaped his path. It also dives deep into themes like love, growth, faith, and identity, blending Rap, Jazz, Soul, and Hip-Hop —anchoring each song in raw honesty and intentionality.

At its core, “Shine” is an uplifting reflection on finding the light within, embracing it fully, and sharing it with the world. It’s about pushing through self-doubt, strengthening faith, and coming into one’s own truth.
