FKA Twigs & The Weeknd use the Club as their Therapy Lounge in the Atmospheric ‘Tears in the Club’

The songstress releases her follow up to “Measure of a Man” with stunning new track and visuals to match. Featuring The Weeknd, ‘Tears in the Club’ takes listeners on a 3 and a half minute whirlwind of emotional turmoil and control. 

Exclaiming ‘Tears in the Club, ‘cause your love’s got me fucked up’, Twigs attempts to dance away the firming grip a former lover has on her every being. With haunting synths paired with an aggressive dance beat, both Twigs and The Weeknd stand out with their opposed perspectives on the track; Twigs seeking liberation from her loved one and The Weeknd asserting control over the mark he’s left on his. 

From Samurai swords to underwater poles, FKA Twigs never fails to surround herself in larger than life art while still exuding control. ‘Tears in the Club’ is available to listen to below, along with the chaotic yet accurately reflective visual directed by Amber Grace Johnson.
