Fred again.. and LATIN MAFIA have released their joint project ‘9 months & 50 hours’. The mixtape was finished at Lago Algo in Bosque de Chapultepec, Mexico City this week, with the entire process documented on a livestream on YouTube titled ‘making a mixtape with latin mafia and staying here until we finish it’.
Last weekend, the artists released ‘under the fabric (Mexico City, 11th December 2025)’ – a 35 minute film shot last December capturing the spontaneous live session that spawned the beginnings of this project. The film was shot beneath a fabric installation by Dutch visual artist Boris Acket, prior to Fred and LATIN MAFIA’s show in Mexico City and was previewed for fans at Cine Tonala.
Having finished the mixtape, Fred & LATIN MAFIA then played a sold out show last night at Palacio de los Deportes to debut the project live. Fred Again.. is an artist who is constantly working and honing his craft, taking no breaks in his desire to display his talents on a global scale.
