Joining the line-up of Drill artists who have hailed from South London, and put this part of London City on the map, rising Rap-champ Kwengface is finally premiering his debut Mixtape, YPB: Tha Come Up!

Across this 12-track, 808-fused tape, there are appearances from an array of names across the UK Rap scene which include Big Ryde, Q2T, BGody, and Berna. In addition to tapping these artists to unite for each earth-shaking collaboration, the rapper has cleverly laced in adlibs across each song, demonstrating his ability to get creative with his cuts.

Getting reflectional on his rise in the run-up to the project dropping, Kwengface stated, “I want to be able to guide the younger generation and help steer them in the right direction. I didn’t have a lot of people to teach me about music, social media, money, and in five years’ time I need to be that person for others.”

Having derived from the Peckham Boys Drill collective who are immersing themselves in breaking glass ceilings with this genre, it’s evident that Kwengface is honouring both himself and his counterparts with the release of this project.
