Hailing from Leeds, the rising R&B and Soul songstress Skinner has returned with her latest nonchalant track entitled “Left Of Me”.

Housing a laid-back production courtesy of Jaydot, Skinner glosses the backdrop with her rich and soulful tone as she navigates us through the breakdown of a previous relationship. Taking centre stage throughout, the songstress’s vocals leave you captivated from start to finish.

Speaking on the release, Skinner commented; “I began writing the track following the breakdown of a relationship, but looking back I think I hadn’t really processed what I was feeling enough at the time to actually finish the song. It was only when we went through lockdown last year that I felt I’d finally had enough closure to actually close the book on that chapter of my life, which resulted in me finally finishing the song one summer afternoon. I instantly knew this would be my next single.”
