Lifesize Teddy Drops ‘Selina’ Single

Rising rapper, poet, and singer/songwriter Lifesize Teddy has delivered her latest single, ‘Selina’. This is the first release of the year for the Nigerian native, calling upon Major AJ to collaborate with in the process.

Having made waves with her debut EP, ‘POISN’, this artist is seemingly going from strength to strength in her fledgling career. This record was produced by Sparrq, who has previously worked with the likes of Davido and Ayra Starr, delivering a dreamy soundscape that is undercut by Teddy’s lyrics.

Speaking on the release, the artist stated:

“‘Selina’ speaks about holding someone in high regard. Putting them on a pedestal that ultimately shatters. And that’s the case in point for this record – a love interest that might’ve promised you forever but goes back on their word”.

Major AJ added:

“The writing process was smooth and easy. Coming up with the hook was easy after hearing the chords and melodies of the beat. The synergy between me and Lifesize Teddy was just too lit, we got in the studio and simply made magic!”
