M1onTheBeat Releases Debut Mixtape

A pioneer of the UK Drill sound and one of the most important producers within our scene, M1onTheBeat has unveiled his debut project, ‘M1onTheBeat: The Mixtape’. The body of work is 15 tracks strong and contains features from a who’s who of UK Rap culture.

M1onTheBeat has been one of the most prolific producers of the 2020’s, playing a key role in pioneering the quintessential UK Drill sound and taking it across the globe. Working with the likes of Drake, Knucks, and Headie One, his legacy as one of the most influential of his generation has already been cemented.

The new mixtape however showcases M1’s continued innovation, bringing together everyone from Krept and Konan and Skrapz all the way through to Kojey Radical and Meekz. There is a variety and versatility on display that is demonstrative of the producer’s ability to curate and perfect.

Speaking on the project, M1onTheBeat states:

“My main aim for this tape is to put a face to my name. I feel like now is the time to introduce myself properly and this mixtape allows me to do that. I want to show people the depth of my beats and how much I can switch it up; you’ve got all kinds of flavours in there, not just drill. A lot of new fans have gravitated to me, so for them, it’s a chance for me to make a big statement.”
