MRG Drops ‘B.O.M.B.S’
2 May 2025
Dominican-American rapper MRG has come through with his new single, ‘B.O.M.B.S’. The track has been accompanied by a slick visual and features production and a guest verse from Mostwanted.
This single has also dropped alongside his new album, ‘It’s MRG Not Mr. G’. Having been influenced by the likes of Bad Bunny and Daddy Yankee and with co-signs from Big Narstie, Jalen Brunson, and Ed Sheeran amongst others, this artist looks set to be sticking around.
Speaking on the release, MRG states:
“Man, I’m so proud of this record. It was actually the last track recorded for the album, and I had no plans to include it at first. Shout out to MostWanted—that’s my brother way before the music. He produced the beat, jumped on a verse, and it ended up becoming a single without us even planning it. This song really reflects both mine and MostWanted’s Caribbean roots. It’s a tribute to our Latino culture—Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico—and the deep influence of our heritage. MostWanted has been in my corner for a decade plus and even gave me the microphone I still record with that’s on my album cover.”
