mustbejohn releases debut album ‘Words To Live By’

London-based artist mustbejohn has today released his highly anticipated debut album, ‘Words To Live By’, alongside the release of visuals for the focus track ‘Superstar’.

Debut album ‘Words To Live By’ sees mustbejohn bring those influences together into his most complete statement to date. Blending indie songwriting with his instinct for immediate, memorable hooks, the record draws from the storytelling of The Streets, the genre-blurring creativity of Gorillaz and the observational wit of Arctic Monkeys.

Across twelve tracks, mustbejohn explores identity, growing up, self-reflection and the search for meaning in an increasingly chaotic world, with the themes running through Words To Live By both deeply personal and universally relatable.
