Nia Archives shares high-energy new single ‘Maia Maia’ with Clipz

Nia Archives has come through to share her brand new high-energy track ‘Maia Maia’ with Clipz via Up Ya Archives.

Inspired by Brazilian carnival, the track blends samba samples, jungle rhythms and Nia’s unmistakable energy into a carnival-ready anthem. Already teased across festivals this summer by Nia, Clipz, Shy FX and Sherelle, “Maia Maia” has been making a huge impact in clubs and even soundtracked Nia & Clipz’s set at Notting Hill Carnival just weeks ago.

Speaking on the track, Nia shares:

“Clipz and I wanted to capture some Brazilian junglist energy with ‘Maia Maia’, drawing inspiration from legends like DJ Patife and DJ Marky. When we hit the studio, our vision was to create a track that could feel like the soundtrack to the 2026 World Cup. I’d come across this incredible samba group sample, paired it with an old Juno-106 I’d just picked up, and from there, ‘Maia Maia’ was born.”
