Nia Smith Taps Destin Conrad For ‘Tough’ Single

Ivor Novello and MOBO nominated artist Nia Smith has collaborated with Grammy nominee Destin Conrad on her new single, ‘Tough’. The track displays great chemistry between the pair and showcases Smith’s songwriting ability.

This is the Brixton artist’s first release since her EP ‘Give Up The Fear’ that dropped last year. Since then, she has taken her time to recharge and gain life experiences to pour back into her music, spending time away in Jamaica to focus on her craft.

Speaking on the new single, Smith states:

“I wrote a song about men not needing to be so tough and that they can show a lil soft side too but also a song to remind myself that I don’t need to be so tough and that its acc okay to share the love you have to give the world needs more love not more stone cold humans.”
