Nia Smith Drops New Single ‘Mr Right’

Ivor Novello & MOBO nominated British Musician Nia Smith has come through with her new single, ‘Mr Right’. This follows on from her sophomore EP ‘Payback Is A Dog’.

A year after her debut project ‘Give Up The Fear’, Smith is once again demonstrating her emotive lyricism and impressive vocals. There is no doubting her prodigious talents.

Speaking on the new single, Nia states:

“Mr Right is a song for those who can’t seem to find their person, while being surrounded by people who have. It follows the loneliness of watching everyone around you fall in love and wondering when it’ll finally be your turn.

I made it in LA with Kamal (Wilson) and Jonah (Christian) and it felt like a magical session. I picked up the guitar and the song sort of wrote itself.”
