NSG Announce New Afrobeats Album, “Sounds Of The Diaspora” Out January 16th

The global Afrobeat conversation is about to get louder, bolder, and more unified as UK-Based Collective NSG are set to drop their highly anticipated Afrobeat project “Sounds Of The Diaspora” on January 16th 2026.

Billed as a response to the world’s call for a new Afrobeat sound, NSG describes the project as a cultural echo shaped by movement, identity, and shared experiences of Africans worldwide. “Sounds Of The Diaspora” promises to blur borders, weaving together the rhythms of home with the influence of cities that have shaped the genre’s evolution.

The album also features a global wave of talent including Mavo, King Promise, Bien, Nasty C, and Ayo Maff, connecting Africa to the world through sound.
