Rema Unveils Highly-Anticipated Debut Album, “Rave & Roses”

After countless fan requests and threats, Nigerian star Rema has released his highly anticipated debut album, Rave & Roses.

With a star-studded lineup of producers, the album is bursting with Naija flava and a range of musicality. Portraying both sides of Rema’s personality, Rave depicts the life story of a 21-year old navigating his way through love and lust. Roses digs deeper, revealing honest tales on loss and struggles with his new found fame.

Dubbed AfroRave, Rema’s sound evolution is deserving of accolades. With appearances from artists such as US singer Chris Brown, 6LACK, AJ Tracey & French songstress Yseult, Rave and Roses still manages to maintain it’s Afrobeats tag whilst housing a fusion of genres.

Since his inception, Rema has played a hand in capitulating the Afrobeats genre to a whole ‘nother level’. Housing breakout hit “Dumebi”, his debut EP ‘Iron Man’ has earned the young star early co-signs from the likes of Rihanna, Drake, Skepta.
