Rochelle Jordan Drops ‘Doing It To’ Single

British-Canadian singer, songwriter and producer Rochelle Jordan has delivered her latest single, ‘Doing It To’. The track has been accompanied by a lyric video and comes in anticipation of her new album ‘Through The Wall’ which is set to drop in late September.

Jordan takes reference from 90’s R&B and cites Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson as inspirations. Her sound also incorporates elements of UK Funky and Garage, making for an uptempo soundscape that acts as the perfect backdrop for an inimitable voice.

Speaking on the the release, the artist states:

“I wanted a song that danced in the lines of ‘boys will be boys’ while stating the additional fact that the girls will too. The field is open to us all when it comes to playing games and I think we nailed that message with this one. It’s self explanatory… If it’s good for you, it’s good for me too.”
