Co-directed by Rose herself, the video takes direct inspiration from the classic 2000s film – ATL. Sitting at the dinner table with family, Rose is questioned by parents on what is her perfect man. Initially reluctant to answer, Rose delivers an answer that has the whole family clutching their pearls. Herald for her unapologetic lyricism, what follows is an onslaught of delicious raunch-infused bars guaranteed to awaken every woman’s inner bad b*tch. “Pussy have a rap ***** singing like Jagged Edge”, is a slogan that needs to be placed on a t-shirt.

With her signature contralto flow bouncing over the captivating instrumental, ‘I Like’ surely legitimises Rubi Rose’s ascension into the Princess of Rap category.
