Shasimone Drops New Single ‘Thug Affection’

Taken from her forthcoming debut project, Simma Down EP releasing early September, ‘Thug Affection’ is an ode to the heartbreaking yet hopeful trials and tribulations of love. Produced by Likkledotz (Central Cee, Headie One) accompanied by a music video directed by MrMtmmg, both going hand in hand to showcase the talent of Shasimone.

She says, “Thug Affection is a song I made which is a reflection of the current dating scene from my perspective. Situationships have become so glamorised and I feel like a lot of people are craving genuine, real love. So this song is a dedication to all the people looking for something real.”

2022 has already been a steady rise for Shasimone which included performances at Glastonbury and Rolling Loud, while also touring with Dave for his UK leg of the We’re All In This Together world tour.
