Shay D Taps Dibo & Lioness For Fierce Single “Best Shot”

Shay D has called on the likes of Lioness and Dibo for the release of their brand new single named “Best Shot”.

Bringing their distinct styles into one charged up mix, the fierce and skittering production enables each artist drop a slew of hard bars and fire flows throughout. Complimenting each other with ease with their undeniable prowess, “Best Shot” is the ultimate female link up we all needed!

Speaking on the release, Shay commented; “Rap as a genre for me has always meant Rhythm and Poetry, and poetry for me, is always my deepest form of expression. Best shot is when being vulnerable means you are at your strongest. When your fears, late night thoughts and anxieties that could consume you, but you don’t let it win and fight through it, keeping focused on your game that’s ‘Best Shot’. 

She continues, “A Class gave me such a haunting beat, and it made me emotional, I just wanted to be honest on it. Dibo & Lioness were part of my tour, I respect them both as lyricists, so I wanted to invite them on this project with me. Lioness blew me away with her verse, so emotional, and Dibo’s honesty and delivery was the reason I wanted her to be on the song. I thought having three strong women on a song, from different genres of the scene would be so powerful and that is exactly what happened. Best Shot is a cold tune!”
