Andrew, the Spoort vocalist commented, “We had this super over-complicated instrumental we wanted him to write lyrics over – there were about a million different chords in it – and Rasharn just went ‘why don’t we just use the first 3?’ That took it in a
completely different direction and ended up giving the track a retro-soul kind of feel, which is so well suited to his voice.”
