Suté Iwar has released his debut album, ‘Ultralight’, alongside a new single featuring his brother, Tay Iwar, and Lex Amor, called ‘Meditate’. His fifteen track debut sees the artist expand his sound across a variety of genres, blending R&B, Rap, Alté, and Afro Fusion all within one project.

‘Ultralight’ sees Iwar come into his own. His musical experience stretches back to the age of seven when he first attended a classical music school, learning to play multiple instruments including the saxophone. His talent is abundant and can be heard throughout the project, which has features from the likes of WurlD and Kadiata amongst others.

Speaking on his project, Suté said:

“Ultralight is a journey that takes you through a range of emotions, from the high energy and excitement of life to the introspection and self-reflection that comes with it… my goal was to create music that speaks to the heart and soul, to evoke feelings of love, hope, and inspiration. Each track on the album tells a story and takes the listener on a journey through soundscapes that are both familiar and new.”

A fresh voice and talent, Suté has demonstrated a wealth of musical ability on his debut output. With a carefully selected group of features to accompany thoughtful, precise music, Iwar has the potential to make this project the start of a glittering career.
