This week 18 year old North-Londoner Zakhar has unveiled his brand new EP, ‘Scars On My Mind’.

Rounding up to 24mins, the 8-track project is a cluster of slow to mid-tempos, demonstrating Zakhar’s artistic identity. Possessing the talent and skills to both rap and sing, the EP can best be described as a personal diary of the young rapper. A collection of his thoughts, each offering is a well written banger that explores the immediate world around him.

Accompanying the project is the Chris Chance-directed visual for latest single, ‘Real Me’. A call-back to his first release “Never Hiding”, we see Zahkar in various parts of an estate with his love interest and later with friends at a BBQ.

‘Scars On My Mind’ serves as a perfect introduction to an artist that is fast becoming the hottest name in the scene right now.
