Afro Nation announce Tyla, Asake and Wizkid as headliners for 2026

The world’s largest Afrobeats and Amapiano celebration and cultural movement, Afro Nation Portugal, returns to Praia da Rocha Beach for its sixth edition over new weekend dates Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July 2026.

Unstoppable global superstar headliners for 2026 will be; Nigerian hitmaker Asake, returning to the LIT Stage with his unmatched live charisma, South African sensation Tyla making her highly-anticipated headline debut at Afro Nation, and the undeniable Afrobeats starboy himself, Wizkid, back on the beach again.

Gunna is also confirmed as special guest alongside so many more including Mariah the Scientist, Niska, Olamide, Awilo Longomba, Bien, Darkoo, Denden, Djodje and Young Jonn. Over on the Piano People stage will be headliners Madumane and Focalistic, plus Amaroto, Daliwonga, LeeMcKrazy, Mawhoo, Mellow & Sleazy, Zee Nxumalo – with more still to be announced.
