20 May 2026
Arsenal have been crowned Premier League champions for the first time in 22 years following Manchester City’s 1-1 away draw to Bournemouth, a game that sealed the title for Mikel Arteta’s men with one game to spare.
The players had gathered at the club’s training ground to watch the match, with the result sparking wild scenes of celebration that have been posted all across social media over the last twenty-four hours.

Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Eberechi Eze and Jurrien Timber were filmed outside the Emirates Stadium at 5am, where a smattering of fans were also still celebrating. Wild celebrations started from the final whistle last night, with thousands gathering, including the likes of Ian Wright and Jeremy Corbyn outside the stadium after more than two decades of waiting for a league win again.
Arsenal go to Budapest on Saturday, 30th May to take on PSG in the Champions League Final for the chance to win the double.
