Bakey unveils ambitious debut LP ‘Tribute’

Bristol-based DJ/producer Bakey has unveiled his ambitious, highly anticipated debut LP ‘Tribute’, a monumental moment in his career.

Raised in London before making his name in Leeds and then settling in Bristol, the producer and DJ is an aficionado of all things bass-heavy as he masterfully blurs genres including garage, breaks, jungle, d&b, bassline and sounds that circle back to the nostalgic heyday of grime.

A career-defining body of work, Bakey now further establishes his sound, raising a lighter to the era of early 2010s dance music that he never got to experience live but is deeply shaped by.
