Brand new festival Rhythm + Waves announce Gunna, Ken Carson, Chase & Status and D-Block Europe to headline

Rhythm + Waves, a fresh, future-facing destination festival launching next summer on the sands of Praia da Rocha in Portugal has come through to unveil their first wave of names on the 2026 lineup.

Taking place on the 27th and 28th June next summer, Ken Carson, Gunna, Chase & Status and D-Block Europe are set to headline.

Pushing rap and electronic culture into the same space with scale, ambition and a properly global outlook, over two days with three huge stages right on the beach, the festival will champion the cross-pollination of global sounds like never before.

The Wake Stage is stacked with Lancey Foux, Destroy Lonely, Morad, Gazo and more in global rap, while the Centre East stage goes all in on bass and DnB with Hybrid Minds, Andy C, DJ EZ, Skream (140 Set), Flava D b2b Arthi and SHERELLE. 

Rhythm + Waves’ debut edition takes place on Praia da Rocha Beach, Portimão, The Algarve, Portugal between 27-28 June 2026.
