The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard amassed its biggest global audience ever, with consolidated figures from the seven days following the show highlighting just how far content from that special night in Manchester travelled across the world. From Harry Styles’ debut performance of new music, to Olivia Dean’s four award wins, appetite is high worldwide for British music and BRITs content.

BRITs’ owned channels have seen a 70% increase in total views, up from 249 million views in 2025 to 423 million in 2026; when taking into account BRITs’ performance content shared across artist channels, it amounts to over half a billion (506 million) views of social content from the night.

On Instagram, views were up 227% on 2025, increasing from 74 million to 242 million and the official BRITs account surpassed one million followers. Views on Facebook increased 90% from 71 million to 135 million, with 27 million views on TikTok.

The BRIT Awards 2026 was led by Chair of the BRITs Committee, Stacey Tang, Co-President of RCA Records, Sony Music UK, and the digital campaign was led by Edd Blower, Director, Audience Strategy & Growth, RCA UK, and BPI Director of Digital Giuseppe De Cristofano, who jointly co-chaired The BRIT Awards 2026 Digital Committee, working with content agency Cold Glass Productions.

Mastercard continued their long-standing headline sponsorship of The BRITs as it moved into its 29th year. ITV remained the official broadcaster for the 34th year, with the awards airing on ITV, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
