Sustainable streetwear brand Broken Planet are celebrating their foundation becoming a registered charity by encouraging their community to donate gifts this Sunday. This initiative will be taking place in Hoxton between 10AM and 4PM on Sunday December 10th, with complimentary cookies and hot chocolate provided by Floozie Cookies, as well as drinks from CanO Water and Karma Cola.

Broken Planet have been inescapable in 2023 thanks to their instantly recognisable typography and puff print style. Their limited drops have regularly sold out in just seconds, having been worn by the likes of SZA, IShowSpeed and Maya Jama amongst others.

At the heart of their brand however still remains the sustainable practices that has made up the ethos of the company. The Broken Planet foundation plans to undergo missions across the globe, giving back to a variety of disadvantaged communities.

Broken Planet is encouraging their community to purchase 300 gifts in Hoxton on Sunday, in exchange earning themselves an exclusive ‘Do More Good’ T-Shirt for supporting the initiative. All 300 gifts will then be wrapped in custom Broken Planet wrapping paper and donated to Young Hackney, which is an initiative run by Hackney Borough Council, and donated to children from low income families, aged 5-11. These gifts will also be matched by Broken Planet, so 600 gifts in total will be donated.
