Finn Foxell continues down his new artistic direction in 2023 on ‘Red & Blue.’ The title references the famous scene from ‘The Matrix,’ with a discussion on a modern relationship and his fears for the future. Produced in collaboration with Paul Carr, it mixes his typical soothing flow with an indie-rock sound.

We just talk bare shit finish drinks get the bill,

hit bossman’s for stuff to add on to the thrill,

Plastic with a name to exchange at the till,

Fall back in our bubble evade in the jungle,

The world keep turning till everything tilts.

The track then switches on the chorus into a more-melodic singer delivery. This shows some of the more Punk aesthetics displayed on tracks like ‘Leaders.’ After a successful 2022 which ended with him being regarded as One To Watch by Clara Amfo and Ticketmaster, it’s set to be another big year for Finn Foxell.
