Krept’s Nala’s Baby Ranks #10 in The Sunday Times 100 – A Major Milestone
27 Jun 2025
British baby skin care brand Nala’s Baby has been officially named in the Top 10 of The Sunday Times 100, Britain’s fastest-growing private companies league table. A landmark moment for a business that began just a few years ago in a family kitchen, born out of a parent’s mission to find a solution for their new born daughter’s eczema.
To celebrate the achievement, Nala’s Baby co-founder Casyo ‘Krept’ Johnson was invited to a Downing Street reception this week with the Chancellor Rachel Reeves and 15 fellow entrepreneurs from companies featured on the Sunday Times 100 ranking.
Founded in 2022 by UK rap pioneer Casyo ‘Krept’ Johnson (of chart-topping UK Rap duo Krept & Konan) and co-parent Sasha Ellese Gilbert; Nala’s Baby has swiftly become an industry disruptor and one of the UK’s fastest-growing baby product brands with over 3 million products sold. Nala’s Baby was valued at £17.5m by the end of its first year and now revenue has surged from £1.8 million to £5.5 million in one year, a 200% growth, which sees 1 Nalas Baby product sold every 14 seconds.
The brand’s impact is tangible, it currently commands over 8% of the total UK baby toiletries market, which is valued between £120-£130m annually, is now stocked in all major supermarkets, recently launched in Next and Debenhams and is ranked among Boots top 4 selling baby skin brands nationwide.
