M.anifest Shares Brand New Album ‘New Road & Guava Trees”

One of African hip-hop’s finest and vital voices in today’s International music lanscape, M.anifest has come through to share his brand new album ‘New Road & Guava Trees’.

Thematically a deeply resonant exploration of growth, identity, and resilience, inspired by his upbringing in Ghana, the symbolic “New Road” and “Guava Trees” reflect fresh beginnings and the climb to achieve the fruits of one’s labour.

Speaking on the album, M.anifest says“I grew up in a part of Madina called New Road, where we had a guava tree that symbolized growth and beginnings. This record is about the climb—facing challenges to reach the fruits of our labor.”

Production on his new album comes from Budo (Doja Cat, Lil Yachty) and GuiltyBeatz (Beyonce, Jorja Smith), with contributions from Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea, Bien (Sauti Sol), and South African rap royalty A-Reece, among others.
