Megan Thee Stallion Sued By Ex-Cameraman For Allegedly Forcing Him To Watch Her Have Sex

Megan Thee Stallion’s ex cameraman has alleged that he was forced to watch the rapper have sex with a woman in a recently filed lawsuit.

Emilio Garcia who has accused the Houston entertainer of harassment and of a hostile work environment, said he was warned, “don’t ever discuss what you saw,” as well being berated and fat-shamed by the star.

The allegations include a change to his contract which saw him paid “per task” rather than a monthly rate, which he says meant he earned “significantly less”.

He also claims he was “misclassified” as an independent contractor, which led to him missing out on healthcare benefits.

“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct,” plaintiff’s attorney Ron Zambrano, a partner and Employment Litigation Chair at West Coast Employment Lawyers in Los Angeles, said in a statement. “Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”

Megan’s lawyers said the claim was “an attempt to embarrass her” in a statement to the AP news agency.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court,” an attorney for Megan Thee Stallion, Alex Spiro, said Tuesday.
