Mike Skinner performs at Soho House Manchester for ‘An Evening With’ by American Express

Last night, the newly opened Soho House Manchester played host to ‘An Evening With’, in partnership with The Platinum Card by American Express, which featured none other than UK legend and pioneer Mike Skinner alongside a vide variety of further talent.

The special one-night-only event was inspired by the benefits available to Platinum Cardmembers and included live music alongside locally curated dining and beverage experiences. 

Guests included notable figures across culture and sport, including Manchester-born supermodels Karen Elson (who flew in especially for the event) and Edward Wilding; DJ Honey Dijon; Brigerton’s Martins Imhangbe, Sex Education’s Connor Swindells, Peaky Blinder’s Amber Anderson, Manchester super stylist Rose Forde; Olympian Katarina Johnson-Thompson; The Street’s Mike Skinner and models Marie Esther-Bangura, Piper Grace, and Zena.

Headliner Honey Dijon delivered an incredible set, with Amex Unsigned artist, Kianja, opening the night. The experience was rounded out with bespoke Platinum cocktails by Joe Schofield, Co-Founder of one of The World’s 50 Best Bars, SCHOFIELD’S BAR, and artisanal desserts from Matteo D’Elia of Manchester restaurant and Platinum dining partner, Louis – all complimentary thanks to the Platinum Card.
